RightNow (FastInfo) is no longer available online. To open RightNow:

1. Click on your Start Menu
2. Click on All Programs
3. Highlight the "RightNow Technologies" folder
4. Click on RightNow to open.

If you do not have RightNow in your Start menu, visit the FastInfo Agent page (http://fastinfo.unm.edu/agents) for installation instructions and files.
